Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please email us at sohonudemtl@gmail.com. Allow 3 business days for our team to get back to you!

We accept any returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. You can return your product for exchange or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

All sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE. 

Soho Nude reserves the right to refuse any damaged, altered or worn merchandise in which case a refund will not be granted.

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment excluding shipping costs (and duties/brokerage fees if shipment is international). Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank institution to process the refund.

Please note, the customer must pay for any shipping fees.
